📚✨ Problem Solving in Camden County Schools: A Step-by-Step Guide! 🌟 At Camden County Schools, we believe in addressing issues promptly and effectively. Here's the process to ensure your concerns are heard and resolved: 🔹 Step 1: Teacher/Staff Member Closest to the Situation Start by discussing the issue with the teacher or staff member who is directly involved. They are often the best equipped to provide immediate solutions or clarifications. 🔹 Step 2: School Administrator/Division Supervisor If the problem isn't resolved, the next step is to contact the school administrator or division supervisor. They can offer additional support and resources to help address the concern. 🔹 Step 3: Central Office Administrator Should the issue persist, reach out to a central office administrator. They have a broader perspective and can coordinate with various departments to find a resolution. 🔹 Step 4: Superintendent For more complex issues, the Superintendent is available to provide higher-level intervention and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed. 🔹 Step 5: Board of Education As a last resort, you can bring the concern to the Board of Education. They oversee the entire school district and can make decisions on policy changes or other significant actions. We are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for our students, staff, and community. Your voice matters, and we're here to help every step of the way! 💬🤝 #BElieveinCAMDEN #WeAreCamden #ProblemSolving #CommunitySupport #YourVoiceMatters

Today, we honor the memory of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11th, 2001. We remember the bravery of the first responders, the resilience of the survivors, and the strength of a nation united in the face of tragedy. Let us take a moment to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering spirit that define us. May we continue to support one another, cherish our freedoms, and work towards a future of peace and unity. #PatriotDay #NeverForget #UnitedWeStand

Good morning, Parents & Families! I am excited to announce that today we are starting the Domino’s Pizza Fundraiser. The money raised will go towards technology upgrades for the school and to support children, and emergency funds. Here is a video that will explain everything you need to know about the program! The remaining eight videos should be watched throughout the course of the two weeks: The Slice the Price Card: Fundraising Made Easy - Day 1 [slicethepricecard.com] Let’s begin by checking out your school’s dashboard: https://dash.dominos.cards/43536 [dash.dominos.cards] Scroll down to the section “Register to Pick Your Prize” or click here https://register.dominos.cards/43536 [dash.dominos.cards] . Once you register, your child will be able to pick their prize and share their very own store link! Once the fundraiser is complete, they will receive the prize they selected from the highest level they qualify for. After registering, share your child’s link via email, text, and social media! When a customer clicks on your link it will take them directly to your child’s store to purchase a card and we will send the card directly to them. Using your personalized link will ensure your child is given credit for the purchase. Also, once you register you will have two chances to earn a $50 Amazon card! The registered student with the most cards sold by 9/3/24 at 11:59 p.m. EST will win a $50 Amazon gift card (when our group sells at least 100 cards online). 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰: School buses are the most regulated vehicles on the road. They’re designed to be safer than passenger vehicles in preventing crashes and injuries, and in every state, stop-arm laws exist to protect children from other motorists. If you are driving, remember these simple rules: – 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 — don’t speed up — because the bus is preparing to stop. There are - likely students waiting to get on the bus or parents waiting nearby to pick up children. – 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 — and wait at least 20 feet behind the bus — because children are getting on or off the school bus. Stay stopped until the red lights stop flashing, the extended stop-arm is withdrawn, and the bus begins moving. – 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧, particularly in the morning or mid-afternoon, around school arrival and dismissal times. Be alert as you back out of a driveway, or drive through a neighborhood, school zone or bus stop. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐛𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧: Your child should arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive. Teach them to play it SAFE: – 𝐒tay five steps away from the curb. – 𝐀lways wait until the bus comes to a complete stop and the bus driver signals for you to board. – 𝐅ace forward after finding a seat on the bus. – 𝐄xit the bus after it stops and look left-right-left for cars before crossing a street.
