Mrs. Griggs' class photo of Edgar Allan Poe project

Ms. Griggs' students created a one-pager to represent the key literary concepts discussed while reading The Tell-Tale Heart. Using illustrations, key quotes, and symbols like the "vulture eye" and beating heart, they highlighted major themes of guilt and madness. Dark colors and drawings of floorboards, clocks, and shadows captured the story's tense, creepy mood. By combining textual evidence with visual designs, students showed how Poe uses an unreliable narrator, irony, and suspense to bring his famous tale to life.
